The current pandemic has revealed weaknesses in dealing with social problems and challenges in Switzerland and Bosnia & Herzegovina. These weaknesses are particularly evident where important social services can no longer be provided or can only be provided to a limited extent; thus, the situation of people who are dependent on assistance deteriorates noticeably.
